Lake Mburo National Park

Lake Mburo National Park is located in Mbarara; just about 3.5 hours drive from Kampala. Covered with Acacia woodland, Lake Mburo NP has a variety of fauna different from other parks in Uganda.

It is located south of Fort portal, at an altitude of about 1,230m above sea level. The forest covers an area of about 760sq km and is divided into seven zones for management purposes, reseach, natural reserve, civic-cultural, recreation, harvest, community and protection

Murchison Falls National Park

The largest National Park in Uganda is named after the might Murchison Falls which make the legendary Zambezi look small.

Queen Elizabeth National Park

Queen Elizabeth National Park in Uganda has been glorified for having one of the highest biodiversity of any game park or reserve on planet earth.

Mount Elgon National Park

Mountain Elgon has been an extinct volcano that first erupted more than 24 million years ago. With the largest surface area of any extinct Volcano in the world (50km by 80km), Mount Elgon is the fourth highest mountain in East Africa, with the second highest peak in Uganda (Wagagai peak, 4321 m).

Semliki National Park

Located in the extreme west of Uganda in Bundibugyo District. It lies along the Uganda and Congo Border within the western arm of the rift valley.

Kidepo Valley National Park

Kidepo is one of Africa's last great wilderness areas, attract of rugged savannah dominated by the 2'750m Mount Morungole and transected by the Kidepo and Narus Rivers.
