TSU- 003 Queen Elizabeth NP (3 days, 2 nights)
 Day
1: Kampala - Kasese (Queen Elizabeth NP)
Drive south westwards of Kampala stopping at the Equator for a brief experiment
and in Mbarara for lunch. Then head to Queen Elizabeth National Park in
full view of the Rwenzori Mountain ranges for much of the journey. You
will enjoy a game drive with views of the big five animals and others.
Over night at Mweya Safari Lodge, Katara Lodge or Albertine Rift Camp.
Day 2: Game viewing
Early this morning enjoy a game drive with views of the big five and all
the early risers, see Uganda Kob, baboon, lions, elephant, buffalo, hyena,
chimpanzees, giant forest hogs and a host of bird species. Return to the
park headquarters for a late breakfast or early lunch Take a BOAT CRUISE
on the Kazinga channel and into Lake Edward. The launch cruise is an excellent
platform for photography, bird watching and game viewing.
Day 3: Return to Kampala
After breakfast take a short game drive on your way out of the park. Stop
in Fort Portal for lunch on your way back to Kampala.
Includes the following: All ground transportation,
a full time driver guide and his associated expenses, all park entrance
fees, permits, meals and accommodation, plenty of mineral water all activities
as per the itinerary i.e. game drives, boat trips, accommodation.
